When I think of my favorite sports team, first thing I think of the Captain. I think about his leadership style. I get to learn how important is leadership in our day to day life. Once when I was thinking about all this, I tried to research about different Leadership Styles. That was when I realized that a leader can be of different types and each types of leadership has some advantages and disadvantages. For example an Autocratic leader will do good in situation where the project is short. Similarly there are other leadership styles like Bureaucratic Leadership Styles and Democratic Leadership styles having their own advantages and usages. None of the Leadership Styles are perfect for all situations. You can adapt them depending upon what kind of project you are dealing with.
