If Lucia Tovar doesn’t represent the perfect argument in favor of immigration reform, we don’t know who does.

Certainly, Lucia Tovar isn’t a particularly famous model or pinup girl, but there’s no doubt that the eye candy that Lucia brings us is just as addictive as other more lucrative Colombian exports. Given this, it’s quite likely that Lucia’s fame will grow as more Americans are introduced to her charms.
