• Network Technologies-Administration & Support: Cisco, Juniper, RAD, Bluecoat
• Enterprise Application Management & Support: Websphere, JBoss, IIS Support Process and Tools / ITIL processes, Six Sigma / NAgios, HP-SIM, Service Desk Tools

Certification in one or more is desirable: MCSE / SCSA / VCP / OCP / CCNA / CCIE / JNCIA-E / ITIL / BS7799 / HP-UX CSA / AIX System Admin
