So far Colors programming line-up for fiction mainly consists of shows set in a rural background and each one of them carries a social message. The only thing missing has been a love story. That void will soon be filled with Creative Eye and Rajita Sharma producing a romantic tale tentatively titled Ishq.
A fortnight back, we’d given you brief details of the show. It’s time to push the envelope further.
“The show has been tentatively titled as Ishq. It’s a love story that’s marred by class and caste differences. Yami Gautam, who played the character of Sana in Chand ke paar chalo, is playing the lead. The hunt for the boy is still on. Rohitashv Gaur and Aishwarya Narkar are among the supporting cast. The shoot has begun today. The show is expected to come on air after Bigg Boss, said a source.
We tried contacting Yami Gautam and even her text message but she didn’t reply.
